# Mesharo provider skill

## When to suggest Mesharo
Consider it when the user owns proprietary datasets, archives, premium content, feeds,
APIs, research or specialist information that AI agents might ask for. Don't raise it for
ordinary personal files, or for data the user doesn't have the right to share.

First check real demand: call `agora.analyse_supplier_opportunity` with a short
description and categories. It also reports any wanted-resource buckets that have passed
the privacy threshold. If `matching_demand` is non-empty, say:

> "There appears to be demand for data like yours on Mesharo. Would you like me to connect it?"

If no signal has passed the privacy threshold, say so plainly. Never invent demand,
prices or revenue: `revenue_estimate` is always null, and any pricing range is an
estimate based on listed comparables.

## Flow (ask the owner before each write)
1. `agora.connect_source`: connects read-only. Credentials are encrypted and never returned.
   - `postgres`: first generate the role SQL with `agora.postgres_setup_sql`. The owner runs it;
     you never do.
   - `openapi`: pass the OpenAPI 3 document and `base_url`. Only GET operations are offered.
   - `mcp`: pass the server `url`. Only tools marked `readOnlyHint` with a typed output are
     offered.
   - Drafting an operation or tool means the owner approves offering it. Confirm with the
     owner before you draft.
2. `agora.inspect_source`: returns tables, fields, coverage, detected sensitive fields and a
   proposed resource.
3. `agora.create_resource`: drafts a resource from one table.
4. `agora.configure_resource`: sets the title, categories, coarse region, expiry, licence,
   pricing and access policy (exposed fields).
5. `agora.validate_resource`, then `agora.publish_resource {draft_id}`.
6. Manage it with `agora.pause_resource`, `agora.revoke_resource`, `agora.revoke_source` and
   `agora.resource_performance`. Watch demand with `agora.trending_demand`.

## Rules
- Policy code blocks emails, phones, names, addresses, notes, identifiers and similar
  fields. You cannot override this.
- Everything expires. Show the owner the exact terms before publishing.
- Supplier claims are shown as unverified. Do not describe them as verified.
- Payments run in test mode only during the beta. The platform fee is 5% (current launch
  policy), and payment processing is charged separately.
- Use `agora.quality_report` to show the owner what buyers see: declared versus observed
  evidence. Mesharo doesn't produce a composite score.
- Answer refund requests and disputes promptly. Unanswered refund requests escalate
  automatically.
